INTRODUCTION

We are Tight Line Trips, LLC (sometimes referred to hereafter as “Tight Line Trips,” “TLT,” “we,” or “our”), and we are excited to assist you with your travel and trip-planning needs. The following Terms and Conditions describe what you, the undersigned client (“Client”), can expect from us. By booking with Tight Line Trips, Client agrees to the following Terms and Conditions. Tight Line Trips reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time. Please review our website for the most current version: www.tightlinetrips.com

SECTION 1 — SCOPE OF SERVICES, RELATIONSHIPS & SUPPLIER DISCLOSURES
(1) AFFILIATE, HOST AGENCY, AND THIRD-PARTY BOOKING DISCLOSURE

Tight Line Trips, LLC operates as an independent travel advisory business affiliated with Ralston Consulting, LLC and under the host-agency umbrella of Fora Travel, Inc. (“Fora”), a registered Seller of Travel. Certain reservations, itinerary components, ticketing services, and advisor-support functions may be processed, fulfilled, or otherwise facilitated through Fora.

Client acknowledges and agrees that TLT may, in its sole discretion, book, arrange, or procure travel services both through the Fora platform and outside of the Fora platform, including but not limited to lodges, outfitters, guides, transportation providers, accommodations, and other third-party travel suppliers (“Suppliers”). Direct booking may be utilized when a Supplier does not participate in the Fora system, when direct arrangements are required to secure availability or specialized pricing, or when TLT determines that such booking method is necessary or appropriate.

All travel components booked—whether through Fora or directly with a Supplier—are subject to the Supplier’s own terms and conditions, including without limitation cancellation policies, change fees, liability limitations, and operational requirements. Client agrees that TLT is not responsible for any acts, omissions, financial condition, service failures, negligence, or breach by any Supplier. By engaging TLT, Client expressly authorizes TLT to utilize Fora, Ralston Consulting, and/or direct Supplier channels for the purpose of arranging and fulfilling Client’s travel plans.

SECTION 2 — CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES & LEGAL ELIGIBILITY
(2) AGE, ELIGIBILITY & LEGAL CAPACITY

Client represents and warrants that they are at least eighteen (18) years of age and possess the legal capacity and authority to enter into these Terms and Conditions. Client further warrants that they are not located in, a resident of, or traveling on behalf of any country or entity subject to U.S. Government embargoes or sanctions. TLT reserves the right to refuse service to any individual who does not meet these eligibility requirements.

(3) DOCUMENTATION REQUIREMENTS:

(a) Travel documentation appropriate for entry to your itinerary destinations—such as passports, visas, vaccination certificates, etc.—remains the Client’s sole responsibility. Tight Line Trips will advise on documentation requirements; however, it is ultimately the Client’s duty to ensure all required documents and immunizations are complete before travel. Travelers who do not meet mandatory entry requirements may be denied boarding or entry, and TLT is not responsible for any resulting loss. (b) Valid passports are required for all international travel. Passports must remain valid for at least six (6) months beyond your return date. (c) Certain destinations require visas and/or proof of vaccinations. Clients should regularly review the U.S. State Department’s website at https://travel.state.gov for advisories, documentation requirements, and travel warnings. Clients should also consult the Centers for Disease Control (www.cdc.gov) and the International Society of Travel Medicine (www.istm.org) for up-to-date health requirements. Refusal to comply with such medical or entry regulations may result in denied entry or loss of trip costs. (d) Entry requirements vary by country and can be impacted by prior criminal records, including DUI or DWI offenses. TLT does not inquire into Clients’ backgrounds and bears no responsibility for any travel restrictions or losses arising from prior legal matters.

SECTION 3 — RISK, SAFETY & ASSUMPTION OF LIABILITY
(4) RISKS / SAFETY

Travel to certain destinations may involve increased risk. TLT strongly encourages Clients to monitor travel advisories and warnings issued by the U.S. Government prior to booking or traveling internationally. For current information, visit:

Clients are encouraged to enroll in the Smart Traveler Enrollment Program (STEP) at https://step.state.gov. By booking through TLT, Client acknowledges and accepts all associated travel risks.

(5) MEDICAL FITNESS, ASSUMPTION OF PHYSICAL RISK & EMERGENCY TREATMENT AUTHORIZATION

(a) Medical Fitness Client represents that they are medically, physically, and otherwise fit to participate in all activities included in their itinerary. Certain activities including, but not limited to, wading, boating, hiking, fly-fishing, travel in small aircraft, and remote travel involve inherent risks of injury, illness, or death. Client voluntarily assumes all such risks. (b) Physical and Environmental Assumption of Risk  Client acknowledges that outdoor and adventure-based travel involves hazards including uneven terrain, swift water, wildlife encounters, changing weather conditions, and the unpredictable nature of fish, rivers, tides, and ecosystems. TLT makes no guarantee regarding fishing conditions, water levels, wildlife behavior, weather, or successful catch results. (c) Emergency Medical Treatment In the event of an accident, illness, or emergency, Client authorizes TLT and its Suppliers (guides, outfitters, lodges, transportation providers) to secure medical treatment, evacuation, or transportation deemed reasonably necessary under the circumstances. Client agrees to be financially responsible for all such costs. (

6) COMMUNICABLE DISEASES, ILLNESS & HEALTH-RELATED DISRUPTIONS

Client acknowledges the inherent risk of exposure to communicable diseases—including but not limited to COVID-19, influenza, norovirus, malaria, and dengue—during travel. TLT is not liable for illness, quarantine orders, governmental restrictions, denied entry, testing requirements, or itinerary disruptions arising from disease exposure. Client is solely responsible for compliance with all vaccination, testing, and health documentation requirements imposed by airlines, governments, lodges, or Suppliers.

(7) TRAVEL INSURANCE

Travel insurance is strongly recommended to protect your financial investment. Policies may cover trip cancellation, delay, medical emergencies, evacuation, and lost baggage. If Client declines insurance, they must sign a Travel Insurance Declination Form accepting full responsibility for any losses.

SECTION 4 — PRICING, PAYMENTS & FINANCIAL TERMS
(8) PAYMENTS AND CANCELLATION: All quotes are valid at the time issued and may fluctuate due to currency exchange rates, supplier costs, or government taxes. TLT is not responsible for increases due to surcharges, taxes, or exchange variations.

Final payment is due as specified by each Supplier. Failure to pay in full by the deadline may result in cancellation and forfeiture of all deposits.

Some bookings are non-refundable once confirmed. All cancellation requests must be submitted to TLT in writing. Supplier penalties and TLT fees will apply.

(9) PRICING ADJUSTMENTS, CHARGEBACK WAIVER & CLIENT INFORMATION ACCURACY

(a) Pricing Adjustments All prices, fees, taxes, and Supplier charges are subject to change until paid in full. Changes may result from annual rate updates, government-imposed fees, or exchange-rate fluctuations. (b) Chargeback Waiver: The Client agrees not to initiate a credit- card chargeback or reversal for any travel service purchased through TLT. All disputes must be resolved through these Terms or directly with the Supplier. (c) Accuracy of Information: Client is solely responsible for verifying the accuracy of all information provided to TLT, including legal names, dates of birth, passport information, travel dates, and booking details. TLT is not liable for costs resulting from inaccurate or incomplete information.

(10) CURRENCY FLUCTUATIONS: Prices are subject to change due to exchange rate fluctuations or newly imposed fees or surcharges. Client agrees to pay any such increases prior to departure.

(11) TIGHT LINE TRIPS FEES: Planning and service fees charged by TLT are non-refundable. Client acknowledges that Supplier fees, penalties, and restrictions are separate and remain Client’s responsibility.

SECTION 5 — ITINERARY MANAGEMENT & OPERATIONS: (12) CHECK-IN AND DEPARTURE: TLT recommends that Clients check in online 24 hours prior to departure and arrive at the airport at least 3 hours before international flights. Clients are responsible for confirming flight times and any schedule changes directly with the airline. TLT is not liable for missed flights or schedule disruptions.

(13) ALTERATIONS AND UNUSED SERVICES: (a) If Client requests changes after booking, TLT will assist when possible, subject to administrative fees and Supplier terms. (b) Refunds are not issued for unused services, activities, or itinerary components.
(c) Some hosted or group trips require minimum participation; failure to meet minimums may result in surcharges or cancellation.

(14) FORCE MAJEURE:  “Force Majeure” includes events beyond TLT’s reasonable control—such as natural disasters, weather, war, terrorism, pandemics, civil unrest, or government restrictions. TLT is not liable for any loss or delay resulting from such events.

SECTION 6 — MEDIA, INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & WEBSITE USE
(15) PHOTOGRAPHY AND MEDIA: By participating in TLT-organized trips, Client grants TLT permission to use any photographs or videos captured during travel for marketing or promotional purposes, unless Client provides written notice requesting exclusion.

(16) TESTIMONIALS, REVIEWS & ENDORSEMENTS: Client agrees that any testimonials, endorsements, or reviews must comply with Federal Trade Commission (FTC) regulations. Any compensated or incentivized review must clearly disclose the relationship. TLT may use publicly posted reviews unless removal is requested in writing.

(17) COPYRIGHT AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY: All content, itineraries, materials, and designs created by or for Tight Line Trips are the property of TLT. No part may be reproduced, copied, or distributed without written consent.

(18) WEBSITE USE, PROHIBITED CONDUCT & SECURITY DISCLAIMER

SECTION 7 — LEGAL TERMS, DISPUTE RESOLUTION & AGREEMENT STRUCTURE
(19) AMENDMENTS: TLT may revise these Terms at any time. Updated versions are effective immediately upon posting to www.tightlinetrips.com. Continued use of TLT services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

(20) NOTICE OF CHANGES TO TERMS: Clients are responsible for reviewing the Terms periodically to remain informed of any updates.

(21) GOVERNING LAW AND ARBITRATION: These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia. Any dispute shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Atlanta, Georgia, on an individual (non-class) basis. TLT’s liability in any dispute is limited to the amount of commission or fees earned from the booking in question.

(22) TERM / TERMINATION: These Terms remain effective until services are completed or terminated in writing. Termination by Client results in forfeiture of deposits and non-refundable payments. Obligations relating to indemnification survive termination.

(23) RELEASE & INDEMNIFICATION: TLT acts solely as an agent for disclosed Suppliers. Client agrees that TLT is not liable for personal injury, property damage, delay, or loss caused by third parties. Client agrees to release, defend, and indemnify TLT from any claims arising from travel arranged by TLT.

(24) INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR STATUS: TLT operates as an independent contractor and not as a direct travel provider. Each Supplier is independently owned and operated. Any claims for loss or injury must be directed to the applicable Supplier.

(25) ENTIRE AGREEMENT: These Terms represent the complete and exclusive agreement between Client and Tight Line Trips, LLC, superseding all prior communications. A printed copy of these Terms is admissible in any legal proceeding.
